1. Write eight sentences comparing different people and/or places in your country or other ones, using "as....as" and "not as.....as" and some of these adjectives from page 20, activity A.

Modals are different from normal verbs:
1: They don't use an 's' for the third person singular
Correct: She can speak fluently. INCORRECT: She can speaks fluently.
2: They make questions by inversion ('she can go' becomes 'can she go?').
Correct: Should they go to the club? INCORRECT: They should go to the club?
3: They are followed directly by the infinitive of another verb (without 'to').
Correct: I will write an essay. INCORRECT: I will to write an essay.
3. Page 24 - Grammar, Superlatives. Do exercise A and the Notice! box.
4. GRAMMAR REFERENCE - From pages 142 - 159 you can find this section. It has specific exercises on each unit's grammar points. This time, I will ask you to complete the ones of UNIT 1 (all of them ;)
